Terms of service

Estimates and service

Estimates are free and non-binding until both sides agree on a scope and price. Service schedules can be changed or cancelled by either side; we do not lock customers into contracts.

Text messages (SMS)

By signing up at sunnygardeningservice.com/text, or by giving us permission when you call, you agree to receive text messages from Sunny Gardening Service about your own service request: a reply if we miss your call, appointment scheduling and confirmations, updates on scheduled or completed work, and one follow-up to make sure you are satisfied. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts (you will get one confirmation and nothing after that). Reply HELP for help, or call (657) 202-2644. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our privacy policy for how we handle your number.
