Orange Park Acres was laid out in 1928 as Orange County's horse community, and most of its roughly 5,000 residents live on lots of about an acre. The homes were built across decades, 1950s ranch houses next to 2010s customs, so no two properties are kept the same way.
It is an unincorporated island inside the city of Orange, and it kept its rural streets on purpose. There is no parkway strip, so every tree on the property is the owner's to maintain, including the ones leaning over the road.
The trails run along property lines, which means long fence lines of hedge, brush and weeds that the trail side sees. Keeping those cut back is a job in itself on a big lot.
Eucalyptus, pepper trees and oaks that have had fifty years to grow, on ground that sits in the path of the Santa Ana winds coming down Santiago Canyon. Deadwood out before fall is the cheapest tree work you will ever buy here.
We come down Nohl Ranch Road to Santiago Boulevard, through Villa Park, and pick up Santiago Canyon Road to Orange Park Boulevard. Without traffic it is about 15 minutes, which is why Orange Park Acres is on the same route as our Villa Park and east Orange customers. Irvine Regional Park and Santiago Canyon College are the landmarks at the south end; Santiago Creek runs along the north side.

Yes. Tree trimming and removal, keeping fence lines and the edges of trails cut back, weed control on the open ground, and weekly lawn care on the part of the lot that is lawn. We do not build corrals or stables; we keep the green part of the property in shape.

Yes, same day, on our truck. There is no curb to pile it on in Orange Park Acres anyway. Branches go through the chipper on site and the chips leave with us unless you want them for the trails.
