Yorba Linda has about 22,900 homes and more than four in five are owner-occupied, most of them three and four bedrooms. Owners here plan on staying, so the yard gets kept up for years, which is the kind of customer we have had the longest.
Houses built mostly between 1994 and 1999 on lots of a tenth to a fifth of an acre, with the lake, pools and trails shared. The yard is small and visible, so it is hedge shaping, lawn edges and clean beds every week rather than big projects.

The city's tree preservation ordinance requires a permit to remove a tree in the public right-of-way or on a vacant lot. We know which trees that covers and say so before quoting, so nobody cuts the wrong one.
Imperial Highway north over the Santa Ana River and the 91 takes us straight into central Yorba Linda; Weir Canyon Road to Yorba Linda Boulevard covers the east side and the Savi Ranch end. Most addresses are 10 to 15 minutes from the base, so Yorba Linda shares a route day with our Anaheim Hills and Placentia customers. Yes. Most of Yorba Linda answers to an HOA on what the street sees. Hedges square, lawn edged, beds clean, every visit, and nothing left at the curb. Bring us the HOA guidelines and we keep to them.
The city's tree ordinance covers trees in the public right-of-way and on vacant lots; those need a permit from the city before anyone touches them. For a tree inside your own yard we look at it, tell you whether it is one of those cases, and quote the work before we start.
